Kelly has been a resident of Dos Palos for 25 years. She was a business owner for 10 years. She also has been part of many organizations as well as serving on the Dos Palos Ag Boosters Board. She raised her two children here in Dos Palos and currently works with her husband on their family farm.

Sandra was born in Dos Palos, California and has lived in Dos Palos all her life except for two years lived in Chowchilla. She is a graduate of Dos Palos High School and has enjoyed a long career as a Realtor. Currently, she is the Branch Manager at Irrigation Design and Construction.
Sandra is Married to a Los Banos Native Robert Powers Jr. She has three young daughters: Nikki Tatarakis, Tayla Tatarakis and Ashlyn Powers. All three-attend school in Dos Palos and are also active in the community and sports.
Sandra served as a cheer coach for Dos Palos Bobcats for six years. She has also served as a Co-Community leader for the Dos Palos Community 4-H going on seven years. She serves as the Treasurer for the Dos Palos Ag Boosters. Besides her community involvement, she enjoys traveling, reading, and attending her daughters sporting events.
Sandra is excited to have the opportunity to serve the community through the cemetery district. She looks forward to the continued improvements the board and management have planned.
